About me

Hello, I’m Felipe.

I am an IT Engineer with 8+ years of experience in SAP NetWeaver ABAP, SOAP Web Services, Ariba Cloud Integration support, as well as, consulting in Atlassian Jira, and Confluence migrations.

Passionate about Knowledge-Centered Service, I have performed as a knowledge base lead for a team of 15+ members, empowering and mentoring peers on maintaining and creating documentation to better support our customers and streamline support processes.

Having written my bachelor thesis on the topic of KCS, I sought to identify strengths and which aspects should be improved to maximize the success of the knowledge management strategy.

With technical experience in IT and formal education in business, I can leverage my technical skills and understand critical business processes in a manner that effectively supports customers’ enterprise needs.

I’m also passionate about open source and self-hosting. I have my Homelab running several FOSS services in Docker containers. I have also created a pretty simple and fun Reddit bot that I host on my home server.
